Things I do for staying fit

  Hi friends,
First of all the things I do to stay healthy are like drinking lots of water every day.Another thing I do is I do insanity,I chose to do insanity because I have seen all of the great benefits of doing this workout!The last three things I do to stay healthy are eating a lot of fruit and vegetables.The second to last thing I do is to go and do a healthy and fun exercise.Lastly I make sure that I get a lot of rest !
